Your role
Help people act confidently in an emergency. McHelp is looking for instructors to teach first aid in English. Germany-wide. Courses take place in person. For Germany-wide applications, tell us your home region and travel radius; nationwide travel is not automatically required. This is an expression of interest for freelance course assignments. Availability, local demand, fees, qualifications and the language used for onboarding will be discussed before any assignment. German language requirements are assessed individually; this advertisement does not promise an English-only qualification or onboarding programme. Apply for this profile if you want to teach in English on a freelance basis. Tell us whether this would be your main or secondary activity and whether you prefer weekdays, weekends or both. If you teach several languages, list them in one application; separate applications are unnecessary.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver first aid courses using approved teaching materials.
- Explain lifesaving measures clearly and guide practical exercises.
- Adapt your teaching to participants’ experience and questions.
- Complete course documentation and coordinate availability with the planning team.
What you bring
- You can explain first aid clearly and confidently in English.
- You enjoy working with groups and take responsibility for reliable course delivery.
- You hold the necessary subject and teaching qualifications or are willing to complete the required qualification process before teaching independently.
- You can attend courses in person in the agreed region.
- Please state your German level, other teaching languages, location and preferred days.
